How it Works?
DHKND Management Inc. operates a No Refund/No Exchange policy for all products. However, in the event that your item(s) are damaged during shipping, we provide the following guidelines for filing a refund request or seeking a replacement. Please fill out the form below in order to request a refund or return. We aim to respond to all the inquiries in 3 – 5 business days.

Product Name
Photographs of the damaged or defective product
Video showing the damaged product
(If files are too large, please compress and share them in a folder)

Response Time: We aim to respond within 3-4 business days.
Damaged Goods Procedure:
If the product is entirely damaged due to shipping logistics, the company will replace the entire product at no additional cost.
If only a part of the product is damaged, the company will send the specific damaged part as a replacement.
If you do not want a replacement, the company will provide a partial store credit for the damaged product.
Refund Due to Damage:
All damage-related refund claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your product. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
In-depth Product Analysis:
We require a detailed explanation of how the product was damaged to assess the situation and process the claim.
Returns Due to Change of Mind:
If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return it, you may send it back to our shop location:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
Note: Returns will only be accepted when the shop is open. Please check with the shop directly or contact us to confirm operating hours before sending the product back.
Please ensure the product is perfectly packed to avoid any damage during the return shipment. Any damage during the return shipping process will be deducted from your store credit, or would be charged on your account.
Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
Product Color & Appearance Disclaimer:
Actual product colors and appearance may slightly differ from the images shown on our website due to lighting or monitor settings.
Replacement Time Frame for Damaged Products:
A replacement part may take anywhere from 2 – 15 weeks to be shipped, depending on the manufacturing time.
Customization Policy:
If a partial payment has been made for a customized product, a refund can be issued only if the order is canceled within 7 days from the date the order was placed. In this case, 10% of the partial payment will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded to the customer.
The refund is contingent upon the fact that the customization process has not yet started and no materials have been ordered for the product. If work has already begun or materials have been sourced, the order will be considered final, and no refund will be issued.
No Refund After 7 Days of Order Placement:
If the order is canceled after 7 days from the date of the initial order placement, no refund will be provided for the partial payment made.
Once 7 days have passed, the customization process is likely to have started, and the resources allocated for the order cannot be reversed.
